Samir is a serial technology entrepreneur and experienced technology transactions attorney. His legal practice focuses on the commercialization of emerging technologies including AI, Robotics, and Digital Assets. Samir served as General Counsel to Accel Robotics Corp., a SoftBank and Mastercard-backed AI/robotics company.

In addition to his role as Founder and Shareholder at Triton Bridge Law, PC, Samir is Co-founder of Vesta Equity, a digital asset origination and issuance platform for real estate. Samir is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College, cum laude, and the University of Washington School of Law. He is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California.
