Samir is a serial technology entrepreneur and experienced technology transactions attorney. His legal practice focuses on the commercialization of emerging technologies including AI, Robotics, and Digital Assets and the protection of associated data and intellectual property rights. Samir served as General Counsel to Accel Robotics Corp., a SoftBank and Mastercard-backed AI/robotics company and was Chief Innovation Officer at ProQuest (acquired by Clarivate PLC., NYSE: CLVT).

Samir is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College, cum laude, and the University of Washington School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
